About John Di Natale
John Di Natale is the Founder and Director of Conceptus Property. John brings 20 years industry and corporate experience in property, development and construction.
Prior to forming Conceptus Property, John held senior leadership roles in both property development and leasing within the Coles Property Group over a 10-year period.
During his tenure at Coles he was successfully involved in the acquisition, master planning and development of many commercial and mixed use development sites, creating over $480 million of property asset value across a wide portfolio of sites in addition to managing the leasing requirements of approximately 220 supermarkets within the state of Victoria.
He was instrumental in leading teams that were responsible for developing a pipeline of property assets that facilitated future store growth for the Coles Group businesses. Prior to working at Coles, John worked in the UK on a range of commercial and infrastructure projects across a variety of sectors, gaining valuable overseas experience and depth of understanding in different property markets.
With a strong track record of establishing successful and cooperative relationships with all stakeholders John looks forward to discussing any potential opportunity with you.
