Project Description

Brighton Bay St was a $110 million mixed use development comprising a 3,800sqm Coles Supermarket with 94 apartments and 3 levels of basement car parking.


Brighton is a suburb located 12km south east of Melbourne CBD.

The Vision

The vision was to create a mixed-use development that would offer residents the combination of amenity and convenience within one of the most highly sought after suburbs in Melbourne.

The project provided the unique opportunity to establish the only full line supermarket within the local catchment area whilst providing a solution that enabled the effective segregation between retail and residential occupiers, without impacting the amenity of both user groups.

The Finished Project

The project resulted in the successful sale of all 94 apartments prior to construction completion, including the highly successful launch of one of the best performing Coles Supermarkets within Australia.
