Wollert is a residential suburb located in the northern growth corridor of Melbourne approximately 24km north of Melbourne CBD.

The Vision

The commercial site has the ability to accommodate four convenience based pad site tenancies and has been master planned to maximise the appeal for any prospective tenants.

Conceptus have been successful in providing the landlord with development management, master planning and leasing services in order to secure interest from leading fuel and food pad operators.

The Project

The project vision was to maximise the convenience-based nature of the site and take advantage of its close proximity to the Hume Freeway in a rapidly growing population growth corridor.
