The Brunswick Townhomes project comprised 4No. double story architecturally designed townhomes within land zoned Neighbourhood Residential 1.
Brunswick is an inner northern suburb located approximately 5km from Melbourne CBD.
The vision for this project was to create townhomes that contributed positively to the diverse streetscape whilst maximising site efficiency, utilising rear lane access and removing the need for internal vehicular circulation.
The project was successful in obtaining VCAT approval of the proposed scheme subsequent to Council refusal of the permit application and several objections from nearby residents.
Conceptus appointed and managed the consultant and legal team to successfully obtain a permit approval for the townhomes in a residential zoning classified as low density residential and subject to minimal change.
