Armstrong Creek Neighbourhood Activity Centre (NAC) is a greenfield development site located within the Villawood Properties Armstrong Mt Duneed residential community. On completion the community will comprise of approximately 2700 lots and 7000 residents.

Location

Armstrong Creek is a residential suburb 8km south of Geelong CBD and 85km from Melbourne CBD.

The Vision

The vision for the Armstrong NAC was to provide a community focused local centre that is well linked and complementary to the various community facilities immediately surrounding  the site including schools, residents club and community activity centres.

The Project

The centre was master planned as a mixed use development comprising a supermarket, retail premises, medical centre and childcare facility.  It will service the immediate residential community and broader catchment area.

Conceptus has provided early stage development management services to assist in developing a viable and commercially feasible master plan that was attractive to key tenant user groups.
