The centre was initially opened in 1967 as an early example, convenience-based at grade shopping centre, accommodating both key anchor tenants and other general retailers.
Location

The Vision
The vision is to reset and reposition the North Blackburn Shopping Centre by completing redevelopment works to expand and refurbish the centre, whilst maintaining its classification as a convenience based shopping centre meeting the current needs of the local population catchment.
The Project
The project has comprised early stage property and development advisory services to investigate the potential for expansion and redevelopment of the centre.
