Mernda Junction is a residential suburb located in the northern growth corridor of Melbourne approximately 25km north east of Melbourne CBD.

The Vision

The vision for the Mernda Junction Shopping Centre is to create a new benchmark in neighbourhood shopping centres that provides the local community with their everyday shopping needs in a customer friendly retail environment.

The Project

The project comprises a split level retail centre comprising a full line Coles supermarket with internalised mall on an upper level and various retail, casual dining and food tenancies located on ground level.

The centre is conveniently serviced by more than 300 car park spaces in a combination of deck parking on the upper level and undercroft parking at ground level with customer connections between each retail level via lifts and travelator.
