Sunbury South Major Activity Centre

The Sunbury South Major Activity Centre is a greenfield town centre development site that is located within the proposed Sunbury South Precinct Structure Plan.

The proposed development comprises several Stages, that have the potential to accommodate a variety of commercial uses such as major retail tenants, specialty stores, dining and entertainment precincts and commercial office space.

Location

Sunbury South is located 35km north west of Melbourne CBD.

The Vision

The development vision is to create a town centre that has the ability to engage with and be a focal point of the community by accommodating a breadth of uses that represent both local and national businesses.

The Project

The major activity centre site is located within the Villawood Properties master planned community called Redstone Hill.  At full capacity, the Villawood Redstone Hill residential community will include approximately 2,000 lots and 6,000 residents.

The proposed major activity centre will service the Sunbury South catchment area and will be staged in order to accommodate the requirements of the growing local population.
